Every practicing physician in China is required to meet the Chinese Government’s legislative requirements, by sitting for a Chinese Medical Licensing Examination. Currently, this requirement exists only in Beijing.
The Licensing exam is held twice a year, usually in April and October, and United Family Healthcare will sponsor the registration for the exam, pay the cost of the exam, and all expenses associated with the exam, including air travel and accommodation. Guidance on the examination itself and advice on preparation is available by emailing med@ufh.com.cn
United Family Healthcare offers competitive physician compensation packages, as well as a stimulating work environment that inspires excellence.
In addition to competitive salary packages, additional benefits are :
- Medical Education Allowance.
- Up to 20 days paid vacation days per year.
- Full cover malpractice insurance.
- Full cover medical insurance is available for Full Time medical staff employees. Currently the United Family.
Healthcare group offer Aetna health insurance and coverage is effective the first day of the month following the hire date.
